A Year of Training – Week 2

Getting back into the groove.  This was a short week training wise.  Had lots of other things going on and training was definitely on the back burner

Monday – 2000m swim

Tuesday – 11K run, including intervals (5 min, 5x2min, 5min at 5K pace) with XSRNG on the Cricket Pitch. Wicked hot and humid out.

Wednesday – 2ooom swim.  Wasn’t feeling this swim at all – I was bored looking at the black line.  Did some kick purely to get a break and listen to the lifeguards music.   Sometimes swimming is just boring.

Thursday – Sunday – Lots of activity, but nothing that could really be described as ‘training’.  Went to Fan Expo, drove to Montreal for a wedding and drove back.

Run: 11K
