A Year of Training – Week 28

REBOOT WEEK!

Different recap this week as I had a lot of the week off or with minimal work to reboot and recover the system.

Did 2 gym sessions, lots of rolling and stretching, and then a 90 minute progression run on Sunday.  Lots of sleep and relaxing, but found myself a little bored and ready to get back on the horse!
