A Year of Training – Week 29

Monday –  Foam Roller Massage and core work.

Tuesday – Slightly warmer weather turned the roads to slush for this XSNRG run.  Slipped and slid through hilly ladders on Sunnydene.

Wednesday – 20K of intervals on the bike.  Didn’t feel strong as the longest cold in history is dragging on forever.

Thursday –  40 minutes of muscle strengthening at the gym.

Friday – Skipped my swim and slept in.  Sometimes you have to listen to your body is better than trying to stick through the plan.

Saturday – Nothing.  Absolutely nothing.  Slept on the couch all day.

Sunday – Beautiful day for a long run.  29K on fairly clear roads.  25K were good, last 4 were crappy.  Got a sunburn on my face.  Can’t complain because getting sunburns in March is a good thing after a long winter.
